Faulkner Moulds has 25 years’ of experience in high quality plastic injection mould toolmaking and product and tool design. Three times winner of the prestigious Plastics Industry Award for UK Toolmaker of the Year, in 2019, 2018 and 2016 and described by the judges as “exemplary”.

Faulkner Moulds won it in 2019 for what their customer called, “exceptional customer service” that is “second to none”, when Faulkner Moulds created a complex twin-shot medical tool, delivered ahead of deadline, that successfully moulded usable products at the first trial. Specialising in creating technically complex tooling solutions, designed for manufacture, services include wire erosion, 5-axis machining, graphite electrode machining and CNC spark erosion. Markets served include medical, electronics, consumer, industrial, automotive and packaging.

Combining state-of-the-art technology and superb manual skills, Faulkner Moulds has fully designed and created the tooling for several patented products which are now successfully selling at market.
