forteq (UK) Limited is a Swiss owned injection moulding company trading from the Tandem Industrial Estate, Waterloo, Huddersfield where we currently employ 92 people.

The company was formed in 1935 and traded as precision engineers. In the 1980’s we started plastic injection moulding and the engineering side of the business was sold, In 1990 we moved from Albany Road to our present location and were formally known as Mikron, becoming forteq in 2005.

We make precision plastic parts mainly for the automotive industry but also others including industrial products such as gas meter, water meter, electric meter and radiator valves. Sales are 50% in the United Kingdom and 50% exported throughout Europe and USA.
